Show your face. Connect by showing your process. But what if I find creativity in solitude? Filming myself during my process creates a different dynamic. The ability to move freely suddenly becomes a consciousness wondering. How much exposure of self is required for connection? Sometimes I feel like I am pouring my heart out- feeling vulnerable and unsure ...but then days later, I realize I shared so little.
